Monthly fees are paid in advance. Cancel with at least 7 days' notice before renewal. No partial refund after a billing period begins. A 5-day grace period applies before temporary suspension.
For example, changing the prices of 20 products in one submitted batch counts as one request. Requests sent separately on different days count separately.
Not on Starter or Growth. You send consolidated update requests and WARPIX handles them. Scale includes an admin dashboard for businesses that need direct operational control.
They submit an order form on your store. The order is delivered to your designated email, so the buyer does not need WhatsApp. WhatsApp is used only for prospective WARPIX client inquiries.
The client should buy and own the custom domain. WARPIX configures it. Starter and Growth can also use an included WARPIX subdomain.
No. The ৳2,500 registration fee is non-refundable. Work begins only after registration, the first monthly payment and the required materials are received.
A five-day grace period applies. After that, the store may be temporarily suspended until payment is cleared. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before it may be removed.
No. Third-party infrastructure is paid directly by the client only when platform requirements or usage make paid services necessary. WARPIX discusses and receives approval before any paid infrastructure is introduced.
